Shipping policy
Dahlias are not cold hardy so we wait to ship until we are sure that they will arrive safely at your location. This typically means orders are shipping in April and May. We do not offer heat packs for earlier shipping at this time.
We do not automatically combine orders shipping to the same address. Please message me if you place additional orders. There is a $4 charge per combined order request. I will combine and refund any balance, minus the combining fee . (We do offer free shipping on orders over $200!)
We do not offer exchanges of any kind. All purchases are final.
We do not accept returns of dahlia tubers. If you have purchased a tuber from us that doesn’t grow, let us know within 6 weeks of receiving your tuber(s) and we will replace it if we can, or provide a refund in the event that the given variety is sold out. Please keep photo or video documentation, we will ask for this to try to understand what went wrong. We cannot take responsibility for how you care for you tuber once it arrives.
